The image shows Will Hordley of Aberglalsyn MRT firing a smoke flare to indicate the wind direction during a Callout on Snowdon in May.

The callout involved great teamwork with Llanberis, Aberglalsyn and RAF Valley MRTs carrying the casualty down. The teams reached a place where the rescue helicopter from C Flight 22 Squadron could winch the stretcher on board and take the casualty to Bangor hospital.
